Where we ship
Lost Era ships to supported destinations displayed at checkout. Country availability can vary by product, destination, customs restrictions and dispatch location. An address may be accepted for one product but unavailable for another. We may contact you to offer an alternative, remove an unavailable item or refund it if delivery is not available.
Order processing
Orders usually require 1–5 business days for verification, packing and dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders placed during launches, weekends, public holidays or unexpected disruptions may take longer.
Estimated transit times after dispatch
- United States and Canada: approximately 7–20 business days.
- Australia and New Zealand: approximately 7–20 business days.
- United Kingdom and Europe: approximately 7–25 business days.
- Asia: approximately 7–25 business days.
- Other supported destinations: approximately 10–35 business days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote areas, customs inspections, peak periods, severe weather and local delivery delays can extend delivery.
Split shipments
Items in one order may dispatch from different locations. A single order may arrive in multiple parcels on different dates and may have more than one tracking number. You will not be charged extra shipping solely because we split an order.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent when available. A tracking number can take 3–7 business days after dispatch to show its first scan, especially while a parcel moves between international delivery networks. Temporary gaps in tracking do not necessarily mean the parcel is lost.
Address accuracy and failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately after ordering if a correction is needed. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after order processing begins. Lost Era is not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to collect a parcel or failure to respond to customs requests. Reshipping costs may apply.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and customs fees may apply depending on the destination and order value. Unless expressly shown as collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs authorities may request identification or payment before releasing a parcel.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or the estimated delivery window has passed by more than 10 business days, contact us with your order number. We will investigate the delivery. A parcel marked delivered may require checking with household members, neighbours, the local delivery office and the delivery location before a claim can be completed.

Restrictions
We do not knowingly ship to destinations prohibited by applicable law, sanctions or delivery restrictions. We may cancel and refund an order when a legal, safety or logistics restriction prevents delivery.
