Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 15 days of delivery if the kit is unused, unassembled and returned with all pieces, instructions and original packaging. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this timeframe.

Contact us promptly with your order number, clear photos of the kit, packaging and shipping label, plus the part number or instruction-manual step where possible. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or other remedy.

Yes. Our range includes different challenge levels. Check the Build Profile on each product page: Relaxed kits are the easiest starting point, Balanced kits offer a longer hands-on build, and Ambitious kits are designed for builders who enjoy more detailed assemblies.

Estimated workbench time follows the product’s Challenge Grade: Relaxed builds take approximately 1–3 hours, Balanced builds take 3–6 hours, and Ambitious builds take 6–8 hours. Actual time varies by experience and pace.

Requirements vary by kit. Check the product page before ordering for included components and any extra items needed, such as glue, batteries or basic assembly tools.

We ship to supported destinations shown at checkout. Processing normally takes 1–5 business days. Transit commonly takes 7–25 business days for major destinations and up to 35 business days for remote or less frequently served destinations.

Tracking can take 3–7 business days after dispatch to show its first carrier scan. Some multi-item orders may also arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number and delivery date.
