What is your return policy?

Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 15 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, unused and returned with its original tags and packaging. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this timeframe.

What if my item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. For a confirmed eligible issue, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover approved return shipping where required.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Contact us immediately. AutoDS-assisted fulfilment can begin quickly, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to supported destinations shown at checkout. Availability can vary by product, supplier, carrier and local restrictions.

How long does delivery take?

Processing normally takes 1–5 business days. Transit commonly takes 7–25 business days for major destinations and up to 35 business days for remote or less frequently served destinations.

Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?

Products can be fulfilled by different international suppliers, including suppliers operating through AliExpress. Items from one order may therefore arrive separately with different tracking numbers.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking can take 3–7 business days after dispatch to display its first carrier scan, especially during transfer between international logistics providers.

How do I choose my size?

Check the measurements on each product page. Supplier sizing varies, so do not rely only on the size label or your usual size.
