These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lost Era website and purchases from Lost Era. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Lost Era.

1. Store

Lost Era is the retailer and your point of contact for orders placed on this website.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract or use the site with the permission of a parent or guardian. You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, use the service for unlawful activity or infringe another person’s rights.

3. Product information

We aim to present products accurately, but screen settings, lighting and manufacturing batches can cause minor colour differences. Measurements are approximate and may vary within a reasonable manufacturing tolerance. Sizing can differ between products, so each product’s size chart should be checked before purchase. Images may include styling props not included with the product.

We may correct errors, update descriptions or remove products without notice. Nothing in this section limits rights relating to goods that are materially different from their description or fail a mandatory consumer guarantee.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and available currencies are displayed on the site or at checkout. Taxes, shipping, duties or import charges may be added as disclosed. We may correct an obvious pricing or technical error before dispatch and will give you the option to confirm the corrected price or receive a refund. Payment must be authorised before order processing.

5. Orders, acceptance and cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, pricing error, legal restriction, unsafe delivery route or inability to complete the order. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Contact us immediately to request an address change or cancellation. Changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.

6. Shipping and delivery

Processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. International orders can be delayed by customs, weather or local delivery conditions and may arrive in separate parcels. Risk and title transfer as required by applicable law. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns and consumer rights

Our Return Policy forms part of these terms. Any voluntary return conditions operate in addition to mandatory rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Customs and import requirements

You are responsible for ensuring products can lawfully be imported to your destination and for paying duties, taxes and customs charges not collected at checkout. You must respond to reasonable customs requests. We may cancel orders to restricted destinations.

9. Intellectual property

The Lost Era name, logo, website design, copy and original creative material are owned by or licensed to Lost Era. Product names and images may belong to their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping only and may not reproduce, sell or exploit its content without permission.

10. Website and order services

Website, payment and delivery systems may be used to complete purchases and provide services. Lost Era remains responsible for the obligations we owe you as the retailer.

11. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm it is truthful, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant Lost Era a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content for store and marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove misleading, abusive, unlawful or irrelevant content.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or non-excludable consumer rights.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed to process orders, payments, delivery and customer support.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without excluding any mandatory protections available to you in the country where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.

15. Changes

We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes. The version published when you place an order generally applies to that order, except where a change is required by law.
